I’m proudly from Kalamazoo, Michigan and am currently recovering from the Red Wings loss in the Stanley Cup Finals. I graduated from college in May 2008. Currently, I work as a Project Associate for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), a US-based NGO that evaluates anti-poverty programs in the developing world. I started working for IPA in August 2008 working in Peru. In January, I was transferred to the Philippines and I am currently based out of Cagayan de Oro, a mid-sized city on the island of Mindanao in the southern part of the Philippines.
I’m interested in economics, development policy, and politics. I also enjoy talking loudly, peer pressure, riding jeepneys, and balut.
